Calgary Fringe Festival

Starting over a decade ago, this “unhinged” arts festival made its debut in YYC with a goal of creating a sense of community and tolerance and a place for creation without restriction where all participating artists could express themselves freely.
Today, you could say that the Calgary Fringe Festival has accomplished this; it’s a culturally open 9-day event with more than 160 performances, most of which are in the downtown area.

Marda Gras Street Festival
