Murrieta's Restaurant Review in Calgary
Murrietas was named after the "Robin Hood of El Dorado" Joaquin Murietta, who in his time helped those in need in the area of El Dorado California. The restaurant has a distinctive west coast influence and is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. You can enjoy the lounge, dining room with beautiful vaulted ceilings open above to a large skylight or in the summer sit on the patio and people watch over looking Stephen Avenue
For lunch my favourite is the lamb burger and for brunch the egg benedict is very nice. Murrieta's is always guraranteed to be good and the location on Stephen Avenue is quite nice with the old sandstone setting. Check it out at (403) 269-7707 on Stephen Avenue 808 1 St SW.
