Calgary Restaurant Review – Mango Shiva
Mango Shiva is located on Stephen Avenue, at 218 8th Avenue to be exact and although it looks nice from the outside it gives off zero indication of the amazing ambiance and decor inside. Definitely one of the most beautiful and striking restaurants in Calgary and to make the experience even more amazing, the food is delicious!!!
If you like upscale Indian Food then this is the spot for you! I had the Gin Gin Mule Cocktail which was great, lots of naan bread and the rustic chicken curry and lamb sliders. All were delicious. The menu is interesting and had something for everyone.
Stepping inside Mango Shiva is like stepping into a different world. The front lounge has big comfy cushions, the bar has old world black leather chairs, the tables have clear plastic chairs and the whole restaurant is decorated with a hybrid luxury decor of old world indian charm with a new world contemporary twist.
