The first phase of Evolution is called Fuse, a 21-storey tower alongside a 7 storey mid-rise. Both buildings have floor to ceiling glass, and a Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning system that reduces power consumption by pumping heat from the sunny side of the building to the shady side, and vice-versa.
