“For years, I was extremely proud of the fact that I had avoided being a responsible-grown-up-type person. However when I clued in that there was only two months left on my lease, I asked myself whether I wanted to keep lining my landlord’s pocket or start investing in my own future. After some soul searching (and just a little kicking and screaming), I finally accepted that it was time to put on my big girl pants.

When I was ready to put in an offer, Cody moved quickly through the logistics and in less than three hours had negotiated a deal that I didn’t even hesitate to accept. I don’t know what I was expecting when I made the offer, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the process to be as easy as it was.

The last month has been a wild ride of viewings and mortgages and document reviews and lawyers. Through it all, I felt completely in control because I knew I had the right person as my advocate.
