3rd Annual Flow by the Bow Yoga Event at East Village
Calgary's river parks and pathways are always a go when spring and summer are here.
From leisurely pet walks to intense cardio exercise, group fitness programs to unique cultural events, they provide us with great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a variety of ways.

Flow by the Bow is a spirited event where people gather to advance their own physical and spiritual growth through yoga. Hey, you may just also meet some new yoga pals while you're at it!
After class, indulge in some of Calgary's best food trucks... with a bunch of calories just burned you'll most likely be craving an extra large poutine or some other delicious foodie treat, that's for sure!
What You Need
Like any yoga class, you'll need to be geared up to sweat in full-on athletic wear and will need a mat and water bottle to make it a success.
