Guardian Condos are an up and coming new inner city condo complex developed by Hon Towers in Victoria Park.

Located between 11th Avenue SW and 12th Avenue SW just east of south Macleod Trail SE across the street from the Stampede Casino, The Guardian is well located in the beltline community of Victoria Park and will be the highest residential tower in the city at 44 stories when completed and will be home to 321 living spaces.
