Lamborghini Dealership Coming Soon to Meadow Hills in Southeast Calgary

Lamborghini, one of the world’s top luxury sports car brands, is coming soon to Calgary along with several other high-end auto companies as part of the new super sports car centre.

Located on the corner of Blackfoot Trail and Heritage Drive SE, the new auto mall will also include new dealerships for Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche to name a few.

The Lamborghini dealership will be approximately 17,500 square feet and is where the $260,000 to $550,000 luxury vehicles will be sold.

According to Asgar Virji, owner of Lamborghini Vancouver, the super sports car centre has been in the planning stages for four years now and will finally be realized with construction to begin in 25 to 35 days.

During these years, Lamborghini has remotely managed its customers and service with a large attempt to build market confidence in Calgary. The company recognizes that the city is a viable market for its luxury auto brand as the local economy continues to perform and income levels are high.

Also in the works is a four-storey, 50,000 square foot development for Ferrari / Maserati that will cost an approximated $15 to $20 million. Carlo Galasso, principal dealer of Ferrari and Maserati in Alberta, suggests that it will be more like a museum rather than just an auto mall.

Carlo also mentioned that there will be a “mystery brand” included at the new building.

In addition, a 30,000 to 36,000 square foot Porsche dealership is in the works with an estimated opening date of July, 2015.

The venue for the super sports car centre, also called Meadow Miles, is currently 80 percent sold.
