How are showings of my property scheduled?

When you list your house for sale with me, I am constantly in contact to update you on the marketing, discuss strategy or in this instance to schedule showings with you. You may have 1 hours or 1 weeks notice that a buyer would like to see your home and typically appointments are made in 1 hour increments. You are not obligated to approve times that may not work for your schedule but it is a good idea to be as flexible as you can to increase the likelihood of your home selling as quickly as possible.
