Victoria Park Calgary Condo Community Profile

Victoria Park Calgary Condo Community ProfileVictoria Park Condos Calgary

Victoria Park is an old neighbourhood in Calgary which is now part of the newly named Beltline community. Found directly south of downtown, this area has multiple new downtown condo developments and is even sometimes regarded by many as a part of the city centre.

Originally established in 1914, today many historical buildings in Victoria Park are under protection by the City of Calgary with redevelopment plans in place to use them for new retail projects. This has kept Victoria Park’s historical charm alive and well throughout the years.

Access to main routes, amenities and services is convenient when living in Victoria Park. The areas walkability is highly desirable by many urbanites and is part of the huge appeal of many of its multi-family developments.
