99 tips to a healthy lifeBeing healthy will not only help us enjoy ourselves more, but will also increase our enjoyment of our life experiences. Taking measures to maintain our health will also add years onto our lives. There are simple things that if we choose to, we can do every day during daily tasks that will contribute to improving our health, such as riding a bicycle to work instead of driving or running for 20 minutes before supper.

Some people forget that it doesn’t always have to be a cardiovascular exercise or weight lifting session to necessarily do this. Simple things, like drinking lots of water and avoiding stressful situations are things that everyone can do, so don’t feel stressed about missing out on the gym if you’re too busy to make it. HaHa!

We are lucky to live in such a clean country but still the little things we can do to help ourselves be more emotionally, mentally and physically healthy can be a determining factor in how happy we really are.
