Embassy Bosa is back for more in the up and coming downtown community of East Village. Already known for its existing East Village new condominium called Evolution, the Vancouver-based developer is pursuing further interests in the area with another exciting new project called Arris.

The spectacular location that Arris has will provide unprecedented views of the Bow River Valley to the west as well as for parts of the north quadrants and downtown area.

Just a few steps from Arris residents will be able to find “The Riff”, a new unique pedestrian walkway departing from those typically seen in Calgary, as well as the National Music Centre, New Central Library and everything else that East Village has to offer.

What We Know So Far...

With design by renowned architect Hossein Amanat, Arris will be hard to overlook on the East Village skyline with its distinguishable, clean exterior and towering presence.

At 40 and 23 stories, the two tower project will share an impressive podium of commercial and retail spaces that will provide residents and all in East Village with a full spectrum of nearby amenities.

A two bedroom presentation suite is currently under construction and expected to open sometime soon (in early 2016).
