    Vantage Pointe Condos CalgaryVantage Pointe is a downtown condo complex developed by Pointe of View Developments that was finished in 2006. Vantage Pointe erects 26 stories high, is home to 354 different suites and is host to a large commercial and retail space on the first two-floors.

    Vantage Pointe lives up to its name because of its useful location. An endless list of amenities and services are found all around Vantage Point that maximizes the convenience for errand running and living. 10th Avenue SW, 11th Avenue SW and 8th Street SW provide optimal connectivity to the downtown Calgary core and other routes including 14th Street SW, Crowchild Trail and Macleod Trail can get residents to where they need to go.

    Vantage Pointe was designed to be a highly dense condo complex that is reflected in the smaller than average suite floor plans. Most of the suites here are one-bedroom condos that start at a minimum of 463 square feet, making their way up into the range of 500 square feet. Two-bedroom condos are typically between 650 square feet and 850 square feet with a few larger ones on the upper floors of the complex.

    Some of the in-house amenities included are a personal laundry set, underground parking, fitness centre, steam room, social room and storage for bicycles is available. One unfortunate aspect of Vantage is that there are no storage units available for residents.
