The Calgary Zoo Lights 2013 Are Here to Shine
One of Calgary’s most enjoyable seasonal events is back, and there are 1.5 million reasons to go check it out. What is it? The Calgary Zoo Lights, of course!
Be bedazzled by 1.5 million light bulbs as you traverse through countless lighted displays depicting all sorts of settings to do with Christmas – the most wonderful time of the year.
Along the way, make a pit stop at any one of the fire pits to warm up, enjoy a hot chocolate, or perhaps lets the kids play in the zoo’s Kids Zone.
So call your family, friends, significant other, crush, or whoever else you’d like to enjoy the zoo lights with, and check it out before it’s too late! Here’s what you need to know:

The Calgary Zoo Lights is an all age event great for families, couples, and even singles looking to enjoy the holiday season. And it just so happens that attending the zoo lights would also be a great way to help the Calgary Zoo get back on its feet after what happened as a result of the floods in June 2013.
The zoo will also be accepting food donations (non-perishable) for the Food Bank, as well as any cash donations to help with the rebuilding process. We will see you there!
