Get Your Fine Art at the Western Art Gallery Before Sunday!
If you are an art buff looking for that next breathtaking piece to put into your home, then you must visit the Calgary Stampede’s Western Showcase before it’s too late!
Even if fine art isn’t your thing, you may just be swayed to buy one or two of the amazing pieces you’ll find on display inside the BMO Centre down at the grounds.
I just so happened to stumble across the Western Art Gallery a few days ago and was astonished at how much variety and spectacular art pieces there was all in one location – contemporary, modern, abstract and many more types of stunning paintings all to do with Western culture, as well as distinct Native American art that will blow you away!
So get down to the grounds before the last day comes… because you never know if you’ll find that piece of art you’ve always wanted!

Down at the Western Art Gallery you’ll find heaps of new and emerging artists who have created amazing works of art portraying the life and times of western Canadians in the past and present.
As a visitor you will have a unique chance to own one of these original works that not only gives you a wonderful conversational and decorative piece to own, but also acts to preserve our western culture and heritage for generations to come.
The photos that I have taken of some art pieces at unattended booths do not do this massive gallery any justice… you just have to check this place out for yourself!!
I Love the Calgary Stampede
With so many things to do down at the grounds, the stampede is by far one of the best events in YYC year round.
After all, it’s not often that you can take ride on one of the Top 5 Adrenaline-Pumping Rides at the Calgary Stampede if you wish – just another reason why the stampede is so awesome!
