Recently unveiled in Legacy’s duplex segment are four spectacular new duplex show homes built by two renowned local residential builders in Calgary - Shane Homes and Trico Homes.
These stylish and affordable duplexes mark a new phase of the developing duplex segment which will be host to 58 homes all starting in the $350,000’s (includes lot and taxes).

Trico Homes
Trico’s duplex models include the 1,490 square foot Lynden and 1,544 square foot McKinley II, both with a front attached garage and 2.5 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms.
A distinctive difference between the two is that the Lynden’s kitchen is open concept and central, while the McKinley II has an L-shaped kitchen located along the back wall and adjacent to the dining area.
The McKinley II also happens to be the largest of several duplex models being built in Legacy by Trico Homes and is a good option for buyers looking to get a bit more living space with their purchase.

Shane’s duplex models include the 1,320 square foot Samara II and 1,482 square foot Arbor both with a rear detached garage option and 2.5 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms.
Similar to the McKinley II, they have an L-shaped kitchen spanning along the back wall of the main floor’s interior space.
