Airconditioning roughed in, just add condenser and exchange unit. All new engineered hardwood flooring above grade and vinyl plank in basement. No carpet in this house. New electrical panel and all new copper wiring. All new plumbing. House hard wired with CAT6 ethernet to most rooms, and also Wi-Fi hotspots on 3 levels. All new Delta bathroom fixtures, with lifetime warranty. Kohler toilets. New KitchenAid appliance package includes, 48” wide side by side counter depth refrigerator, Dishwasher, 6 burner professional gas range top, combination microwave/wall oven. New Samsung front load washer and dryer.
