The Guardian Condos Become Calgary’s Tallest Residential Building

The Guardian North Condo Tower is as Tall as it Gets

The Guardian North Tower, part one of a two phase condominium development in Victoria Park, has now surpassed previous record holder and neighbour Arriva Condos to become the tallest residential building in all of Calgary!

Currently at 41 floors and 128 metres tall, the tower will be even taller – 44 floors and 147 metres – when it is completed at some point in the spring of 2015.

While The Guardian North Tower is now completely sold out, the projects second building called The Guardian South Tower still has units for sale and is now under construction. It too will be 44 floors and 147 metres tall with an expected completion in 2016.

Together, the twin tower development will be home to 620 residential units, most of which are found atop the shared, mixed-use podium that will contain titled parking, in-house amenities and retail spaces.

The select number of units located within the podium itself will be live / work residences with street access to one of Calgary’s most vibrant inner city areas.
