Three Exciting New Condo Projects Underway in Calgary (Winter 2019)
Calgary developers continue to fill the sky with new condo buildings in and around the city centre despite a tough housing market.
With so many different condominiums underway or in the planning stages, condo buyers have several great options to choose from when browsing new projects in the city.
It’s important to take your time and not rush any decisions in today’s market. As you probably know, Calgary’s residential market is currently far into buyers’ territory.
Some developers might try to throw special incentives your way to decide on their product… but hold off! Browsing all your options before signing on the dotted line is key to being 100% satisfied with your transaction.
