Why Do You Love Calgary?

Early in November of 2012 we asked why you love Calgary on our Facebook Page Calgaryism. Here are the responses we got... an amazing and detailed chorus of praise for the city from so many different people expressing so many different perspectives.

Why We Love Calgary...

Sandee Jette – I love Calgary! I am a native Calgarian and this city has so much to offer: Fun attractions, great views of the mountains and beautiful people! <3

J.G. Cormier – Calgary is my dream city and I love it for the culture, the style, the design, the location, the weather, the mountains...and the Women!!!

Anna May Raspberry – I came to Canada 5 years ago particularly in the city of Calgary. I’ve met my husband here too, meet my employers, friends & families. Not crowded city, warm people & great taste of foods. Looking forward to spending more years in this city before I will go back home and retire to my native land Philippines.

Charmaine Badic Sicat – Calgary is the place where you can live peacefully, so many opportunities when it comes to job, the place is well planned, great people and one tax of course..

Nancy Vu – Born as a Calgarian, I love Calgary and its generous, friendly people! There really are so many things to see and do in Calgary. After having spent one month at U of A, Edmonton, as a first year undergrad I’m positive that Calgary is also the best place to live and study. I've missed my friends and family so much in that 1 month away. Next year, I’m back to studying at MRU. =)
