From the historical horse-wagon ride at Heritage Park to the action-packed pumpkin destruction zone at the Autumn Pumpkin Festival, there's a full line-up of events happening this Thanksgiving weekend that will keep everyone excited! Here they are:

Autumn Pumpkin Festival

  • When: October 11th – 13th, 10:00am to 5:00pm

Disney’s Fantasia: Live in Concert

Halloweekend at Calaway Park

This weekend, join the “Boo Crew” of countless kids and adults alike on Halo-Street at Calaway Park!

Get your kids dressed up to the nines in their Halloween costume of choice for some pre-Halloween fun and enjoy all the rides at Calaway Park’s awesome theme park while you’re at it!

Heritage Park

Enjoy a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal inside the Wainwright Hotel Dining Room before and after you take part in a variety of activities ranging from a ride on the antique midway ride to a tour of the park on the back of a horse-wagon.

The first 500 people through the gates will be given a free pancake breakfast on the house (before 10:30am). Heritage Park is closing for the winter after Thanksgiving weekend, so check it out before it’s too late!

The Three Bears

This weekend Loose Moose is presenting the epic story of the three bears, one little girl and three bowls of porridge at the Loose Moose Theatre on the second floor of the Crossroads Market. If you appreciate quality humour, then this is the event for you!
