    Bungalow homes in Calgary are ideal for a full spectrum of buyers. Some of the reasons why we've seen many of our previous clients prefer single-floor layouts over other types of homes:

    • Less maintenance and upkeep vs. a two-storey home
    • Less stairs for elderly or those with health conditions
    • Usually are wheelchair accessible

    Bungalow homes usually have spacious main floors with developed basements to maximize living space. Most that have been recently built since the turn of the century feature open-concept floor plans which also increases living space for owners.

    Calgary Suburban Bungalows

    Most bungalows for sale in Calgary are built in suburban communities on good-sized lots that allow for spacious floorplans.
