Hiring the right REALTOR® in Calgary is as important as it gets when buying and / or selling real estate. You want someone who is experienced, service-focused and will go above and beyond the standard call of service to make your transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Most people think once you’re a REALTOR® with a real estate license that you've reached the maximum level of education in the industry. Well, this simply is not true. Your REALTOR® has countless education opportunities available to them to improve their service and expertise.
Your REALTOR® should be able to show you by their initiative to learn, specialize and differentiate from the rest of the pack that they are dedicated to being the best they can be.
When interviewing different REALTORS® for the job of representing you, ask them about their credentials and what added specializations they may have that will provide you with added value when acquiring their services.
Each and every post-secondary accomplishment past a REALTOR® designation and real estate license provides you, the client, with additional expertise to help you accomplish your real estate goals. Demand only the best in service, experience and expertise!
