The LaCaille Group, a home grown residential developer, is at it again with its new mixed-use development called Kings on Fourth to be built on 4th Avenue and 5th Street SW in downtown Calgary.

Part office, part hotel and part residential, the new Kings on Fourth condo project will feature luxurious crown units at the top of the 45 storey tower above a Four or Five Diamond rated luxury hotel and 250,000 square feet of Class A office space.
