Altadore
Altadore’s appeal as a place to live is partly a result of its location, putting residents just a few blocks away from the Elbow River parks and pathways including:

- Sandy Beach Park
- Riverdale Park
…with pathways that run south to the Glenmore Reservoir and north to the downtown core and beyond. Also just a few minutes away from any part of the neighbourhood is the acclaimed business revitalization zone of Marda Loop.

Tucked away in a secluded area just south of Mount Royal University, Garrison Green offers high-end, suburban-style single-family homes just minutes from the city-centre.
